Pricing Policy

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are subject to the Cancellation Policy (see below).

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Non-refundable fees (e.g., booking fees, administrative charges) will be specified at checkout.

  • EventsHub reserves the right to withhold refunds in cases of damage, breach of terms, or no-shows.

Cancellation Policy

  • Client Cancellations

    • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the booking date: Full refund (excluding non-refundable fees).

    • Cancellations made 7–13 days before the booking date: 50% refund.

    • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the booking date: No refund.

  • EventsHub Cancellations
    If EventsHub must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., venue unavailability), a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.

  • Rescheduling
    Clients may request rescheduling (subject to availability) up to 7 days before the booking. Fees may apply.

Limitation of Liability & Waiver

  • Venue Condition & Use

    • Venues are provided “as is” and EventsHub makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding suitability for a specific event or purpose.

    • Clients are responsible for inspecting the venue before use and raising any concerns in writing prior to the event.

  • Damage & Responsibility

    • Clients are fully responsible for any damage caused to the venue, equipment, or property during their booking period.

    • Any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required will be charged to the client.

  • Safety & Compliance

    • Clients are responsible for ensuring that their event complies with all applicable laws, regulations, permits, and venue rules.

    • Clients must manage the conduct and safety of all attendees, contractors, and suppliers at the venue.

  • Insurance

    • Clients are encouraged to obtain appropriate event insurance, including liability, property damage, and cancellation coverage.

    • EventsHub does not provide insurance for client events.

  • Waiver of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by law:

    • EventsHub shall not be liable for any injury, accident, illness, loss, theft, or damage occurring during the client’s event.

    • Clients waive any claim against EventsHub, its staff, or partners arising out of the use of the venue.

  • Force Majeure
    EventsHub shall not be held liable for failure to provide the venue or services due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.
